Key Responsibilities

Analyze and improve inconsistencies in regulatory practices
Collaborate with teams to develop practical solutions
Prepare insightful analyses for regulatory decision‑making
Train and engage stakeholders in change management
Requirements
Bachelors degree in a related discipline
At least 5 years in energy or minerals regulation
Familiarity with AER’s regulatory framework
Strong skills in collaboration and communication
Preferred change management or project management certification
Leverage your skills to enhance regulatory effectiveness in Alberta’s energy sector.
