Accounting Specialist

Position: Compensation Accounting Specialist Role

This position reports to the Manager of Compensation Accounting and requires hands-on experience with payroll systems and accounting practices. As a specialist, you will play a critical role in financial analysis, period-end closes, and ensuring compliance with internal controls (SOX). Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate detailed accounting activities for accountability

• Execute journal entries and provide financial reconciliations

• Prepare detailed financial analyses regularly

• Address queries from auditors and financial reviewers

• Identify enhancements to processes and implement solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

• 3 years of experience in accounting and finance

• CPA designation or near to completion

• ERP or SAP expertise preferred

• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
