This is a full or part‑time, Financial Advisor role based in Calgary, AB. The Financial Advisor will meet with clients to assess their financial situations, discuss goals, and develop tailored financial plans, including insurance, investment, retirement, and estate strategies. Responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, presenting suitable financial solutions, and providing ongoing reviews to ensure plans remain aligned with changing client circumstances.
The role also involves prospecting new clients, maintaining strong client relationships, and documenting all interactions in accordance with regulatory and company standards. The Financial Advisor will participate in training, stay current on financial products and industry regulations, and collaborate with team members to support client outcomes and business growth.
- Proven ability to build client relationships, communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and provide empathetic, client‑centered service.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to assess financial needs, identify appropriate solutions, and make sound recommendations.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple client files, follow up consistently, and meet deadlines.
