This role within the Mobility – Expatriate Tax team involves preparing intricate tax returns and providing clients with essential compliance guidance. You will tackle challenging tax issues, apply technical judgment, and collaborate with experienced colleagues to foster your professional growth while supporting mobility strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex tax returns for mobile employees

• Identify and assess appropriate tax filing positions

• Advise on implications of cross-border employment

• Research and apply tax conclusions for clients

• Drive national learning initiatives through training

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent

• Relevant experience in personal taxation (Canada/US)

• Strong understanding of compliance systems

• Excellent skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Actively pursuing CPA or Enrolled Agent designation
