Finance Business Partner

Long View is seeking a Finance Business Partner for our Head Office team, based in Calgary, AB, who is more than just a numbers person. You’ll act as a trusted financial advisor to our branch leaders—translating financial insights into actionable strategies that drive performance and unlock value.

• Serve as the strategic finance liaison to branch leadership across North America.
• Lead budget and forecast cycles, provide monthly financial insights, and guide decision‑making through data.
• Analyze results, identify trends, and communicate the “why” behind the numbers—not just the “what.”
• Deliver value‑added financial modeling and cost‑benefit analysis for special initiatives.
• Prepare dynamic, data‑informed reporting packages for senior leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, processes, and planning accuracy.

• 7+ years’ experience in financial analysis, planning, or accounting.
• Deep understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Exceptional skills in Excel and proficient with PowerPoint and the full Microsoft suite.
• Strong interpersonal and partnering capabilities—you work well across teams and leadership levels.
• Post‑secondary education in Finance or Accounting (preferred).
• Working toward CPA certification.
• Bonus:
  Experience in the consulting industry, D365 experience and Solver experience.

$75,000 - $90,000 a year (Expected Salary Range).
