Position: Finance Executive for Digital Infrastructure
Drive financial strategy as Vice President of Finance in Alberta's burgeoning digital infrastructure landscape. This pivotal role combines leadership with operational finance during a period of significant company growth.

As Vice President of Finance, you will establish the finance function, manage financial operations, and develop your team. This role requires expertise in fundraising, capital planning, and compliance. You will work closely with executive leadership to provide critical financial analyses and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and build the finance organization from the ground up

• Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes

• Engage in fundraising activities and maintain investor relations

• Manage financial logistics of capital projects and infrastructure investments

• Recruit and mentor finance team members to foster growth

Requirements:

• Significant finance leadership experience, ideally at VP or Director level

• Experience in data centers or energy infrastructure

• Proven ability to build processes in growing organizations

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Open to travel approximately 25%+ North America and internationally
