As a key player reporting to the CFO, you'll manage financial operations, ensuring compliance and optimizing systems. Your strategic vision will drive performance, sustainability, and growth while collaborating with organizational leaders and overseeing the finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance analysis

• Deliver accurate financial reports and Board packages

• Oversee compliance and audit processes

• Manage cash flow and banking relationships

• Strengthen internal controls and financial processes

Requirements:

• CPA designation is required

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience

• 3+ years in a leadership role

• Knowledge of not-for-profit accounting standards is a plus

• Experience with Financial Edge NXT or similar systems
