BDC's Thrive Venture Fund is seeking an experienced Principal to manage investment strategies focused on women-led tech companies. Your 7-10 years of financial and analytical expertise will drive impact in a diverse and inclusive environment. You will be pivotal in deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management while coaching team members and building strong networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead company assessments and business plan reviews

• Build networks within the investment community

• Conduct complex due diligence and analysis

• Produce Investment Memos for the Investment Committee

• Manage portfolio relationships and provide support

Requirements:

• 7-10 years in venture capital, private equity, or finance

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field

• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
