In your role, you will guide the accounting and treasury functions in Avenue Living’s Residential division. Your responsibilities include managing cash flow operations, ensuring accuracy in bank reconciliations, and leading utility accounting efforts. This position emphasizes collaboration across teams while driving process improvements through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise treasury operations and cash management activities

• Oversee bank reconciliation processes and prompt issue resolution

• Manage utility accounting operations, focusing on billing and payments

• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and utility providers

• Develop team members and promote knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA advantageous

• 5+ years of relevant experience; 2–3 years in a supervisory role

• In-depth understanding of treasury operations and utilities

• Proven leadership and process enhancement abilities

• Strong Microsoft Office skills;
Yardi Voyager experience beneficial
