This Controller role is essential to the Market Leadership Team. Candidates need a minimum of five years in financial management, leading accounting practices, financial reporting, and compliance checks. Interpreting complex financial information to support key business decisions will be crucial in contributing to both short and long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate monthly reports and financial forecasts

• Provide actionable insights through financial data interpretation

• Maintain financial controls and ensure accurate reconciliations

• Lead operational budgeting in partnership with management

• Promote adherence to financial policies and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

• 5+ years of relevant financial management experience

• Professional Accounting designation (CPA) required

• Strong proficiency in SAP, MS Office tools, and Google Suite

• Familiarity with IFRS and US GAAP is an asset
