Universal Banker

Position: Full-Time Universal Banker
Become a pivotal part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking team as a Full-Time Universal Banker in Calgary, AB. Engage with clients and provide tailored financial solutions while leveraging innovative banking technologies.

This role focuses on building relationships and understanding clients' financial objectives. As a Universal Banker, you’ll provide expert advice on banking products and services that help clients succeed financially. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential as you may work at multiple banking locations to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with clients to assess their needs

• Advise on financial products and services effectively

• Participate in outreach activities to enhance client engagement

• Support clients in utilizing mobile and online banking tools

• Develop and strengthen professional relationships in the community

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in client-facing roles

• Current Mutual Funds License or equivalent

• Strong goal-oriented work ethic

• Proven ability to build relationships and network

• Excellent digital literacy and financial product knowledge
