Position: Funding Manager at Neo Financial
Take charge of mortgage funding with Neo in a fast-paced tech startup environment. Lead daily operations while ensuring compliance and efficiency for all mortgage processes.

As the Funding Manager at Neo, you will oversee the operational execution of mortgage funding and serve as the primary operational gatekeeper. This role requires a proactive leader, possessing deep knowledge of mortgage operations, to manage daily loan production and facilitate external partnerships. You'll drive high-volume workflows, monitor compliance, and ensure flawless execution from origination to funding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee compliance reviews of closing packages

• Act as the point of contact for third-party settlement entities

• Manage allocation requests from warehouse lenders

• Monitor pipeline volume against facility limits

• Provide daily funding forecasts to Treasury team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in mortgage funding operations

• 2-3 years of leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of Canadian mortgage mechanics

• Proficient in Loan Origination Systems and banking wire portals

• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
