Position: Tax Partner for Private Company
Drive success in RSM’s Private Client Services as a Tax Partner in Calgary. This dynamic role focuses on high-quality tax services, business planning, and team development.

In this senior position, you will manage client relationships and lead business development efforts in private company taxation. Collaborate with teams to provide top-notch tax advisory services and mentor emerging leaders. Your expertise will ensure compliance and strategic planning for closely held businesses and high net worth families throughout their business life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on business and wealth transfer tax services

• Manage and oversee tax engagement teams for clients

• Collaborate with specialty tax areas to meet client needs

• Develop new client relationships through proposals

• Build and reward collaborative teams for optimal performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business

• CPA license required

• 10-15 years in public accounting focused on private client taxation

• Proficient in entity and individual taxation

• Strong communication and leadership skills
