Enterprise Risk Manager at Olympia

As a key member of the risk team, you will report to the Chief Risk Officer and support the ongoing implementation of the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework. Candidates must have a deep understanding of financial services operations, risk policies, and strategies to identify, assess, and monitor risks. Your expertise in operational, cyber, and third-party risk will be vital to influence organizational risk culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and improve the ERM framework continuously

• Align risk management practices with OSFI guidelines

• Conduct risk identification and assessments across various risk categories

• Maintain enterprise risk registers and profiles

• Provide support for internal audits and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Risk Management

• 8-10 years of risk management experience in financial institutions

• Knowledge of OSFI frameworks and risk reporting tools

• Professional designation preferred (CFA, FRM, CRM)

• Strong analytical and communication skills
