Position: Senior Tax Analyst - Corporate Tax Role
Excel as a Senior Tax Analyst in Calgary with Superior Propane, specializing in corporate tax compliance and provisions. Leverage your expertise for impactful tax strategies.

This role demands a degree in Finance or Accounting and CPA involvement. You’ll handle all aspects of Canadian tax filings and prepare documentation under SOX compliance. The position also emphasizes collaboration with tax authorities, external auditors, and the training of Longview software usage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare Canadian tax compliance filings each reporting period

• Prepare monthly installment payments and necessary compliance documents

• Proactively manage notices of assessment and resolve relevant tax issues

• Develop and prepare tax provisions for financial reporting

• Assist with audits and maintain communications with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Eligible candidates hold a degree in Finance or Accounting

• CPA with tax courses I and II preferred

• Over four years’ experience in corporate tax

• Excellent organization and time management skills

• Strong proficiency in Excel, familiarity with Alteryx and Longview assets
