Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial performance analysis and budgeting activities
• Provide accurate financial reports and board packages
• Ensure compliance with audit processes
• Manage investments and banking relationships
• Optimize internal controls and financial efficiency
Requirements:
• CPA designation is a must
• 8+ years of finance experience required
• 3+ years of leadership experience needed
• Familiarity with Canadian not-for-profit standards preferred
• Proficiency in Financial Edge NXT or similar systems
