Position: Avenue Living Treasury and Accounting Lead
Drive financial excellence as the Treasury and Accounting Lead at Avenue Living Asset Management. This supervisory position focuses on overseeing treasury operations and bank reconciliation.

You will play a critical role in the Residential division as the Supervisor of Accounting & Treasury. Your expertise will be pivotal in managing treasury functions, from cash flow forecasting to utilities accounting. Lead a dedicated team while collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline operations and enhance efficiency in accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cash management, forecasting, and banking transactions

• Manage bank reconciliations, ensuring accurate ledger balances

• Lead utility accounting and customer service escalations

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners

• Identify and implement process improvements within operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred

• Minimum 5 years in accounting/treasury, 2–3 years in leadership

• Comprehensive knowledge of utility accounting and treasury processes

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills
