In this role, you will partner directly with departmental leaders to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and operational strategies. Key Responsibilities:
• Support budgeting and forecasting with operational leaders
• Monitor performance through detailed variance analysis
• Prepare and present financial reports for board members
• Ensure financial compliance with regulatory standards
• Recommend improvements for financial processes and systems
Requirements:
• Certified CPA with 7-10 years in financial roles
• Proficient in ASNPO and fund accounting
• High-level Excel and financial modeling skills
• Background in ERP optimization initiatives
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills
