Financial Planning Manager, UCalgary

Elevate UCalgary's financial landscape as the Financial Planning Manager in the Enterprise FP&A division. Spearhead financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting processes.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Associate Director, you will consolidate and report on institutional financials across multiple units. Your analytical prowess will be essential in translating data into clear narratives for senior leadership while coordinating with diverse Finance Partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage consolidation of budgets and financial forecasts

• Prepare insightful financial reporting and analysis

• Set budgeting and forecasting deliverable timelines

• Conduct variance and trend analyses for strategic support

• Enhance FP&A processes for efficiency and clarity

Requirements:

• CPA designation with relevant degree; MBA is a plus

• Minimum 10 years in financial planning and analysis

• Expertise in financial consolidation and reporting practices

• Strong collaboration skills across multiple stakeholders

• Familiarity with Oracle EPM tools beneficial
