In this pivotal role, you will report to the CFO and oversee budgeting, forecasting, and compliance. Collaborate with leadership to enhance organizational performance and lead the finance team towards continuous improvement and effective controls in healthcare spending.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct budgeting, forecasting, and finance performance assessments

• Generate comprehensive financial reports for the Board

• Ensure compliance through audit oversight

• Oversee cash flow management and investments

• Optimize financial processes and internal controls

Requirements:

• CPA designation is essential

• Minimum 8 years progressive finance experience

• At least 3 years of leadership experience

• Advantageous knowledge of not-for-profit accounting

• Experience with Financial Edge NXT or similar financial systems
