In this position, you will support customers by engaging them in day-to-day banking advice and addressing their needs effectively.
Your role will involve educating clients on mobile, ATM, and online banking while maintaining confidentiality on sensitive matters. Building lasting relationships and promoting products to meet customer needs is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers in service transactions and digital education
• Understand and guide customer needs to appropriate contacts
• Educate on mobile, ATM, and online banking services
• Support cash and non-cash transactions for frontline staff
• Recommend operational improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements:
• High School diploma and 1+ years of relevant experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent required
• Proficiency in MS Office and branch software
• Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
• Strong communication skills with customers
