Position: Vice President Finance for Digital Infrastructure
Lead finance operations for a rapidly growing digital infrastructure organization in Alberta as Vice President of Finance. Oversee financial planning, reporting, and team development in this strategic leadership role.

Our client focuses on developing extensive digital infrastructure assets, including data centers in Alberta. The Vice President of Finance will establish the finance function, encompassing hands-on execution and strategic leadership. Key responsibilities include managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and fundraising support, all while fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and lead the finance organization from inception

• Implement accounting systems and compliance procedures

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash management

• Support fundraising and maintain client relationships

• Provide financial analysis to executive leadership

Requirements:

• Prior finance leadership experience at VP or Director level

• Expertise in technology, data centers, or telecommunications

• Strong understanding of capital-intensive projects

• Proven ability to build processes in a growing organization

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
