As an Insolvency Analyst, you will draft documents and maintain client correspondence, ensuring accuracy in internal systems. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft client documents, letters, and correspondence
• Accurately enter data in the insolvency database
• Assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as needed
• Conduct community outreach to promote offerings
• Collaborate with local teams to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office suite
• Strong organizational skills in a busy environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Previous experience in insolvency is a plus
