Director of Finance at Heritage Park

Lead financial strategies at Heritage Park through the Director of Finance role on a full-time temporary basis. Drive excellence in budgeting, forecasting, and compliance in this pivotal leadership position.

This position is a one-year fixed-term contract accountable to the CFO within the Finance and Operations department. You will oversee financial reporting, cash management, and internal controls while leading a high-performing finance team. Your strategic insights will directly support the organization’s sustainability and financial health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial strategies to align with organizational goals

• Lead annual budgeting and capital budget development processes

• Manage short- and long-term cash flow monitoring

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Oversee compliance with not-for-profit accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• CPA designation required

• Minimum 10 years in finance and accounting

• 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
