Responsibilities include preparing client documentation, coordinating with custodians, and servicing existing clients. A high degree of organization and communication skills is essential as you tackle various administrative duties and assist in current client onboarding workflows.

• Work with Investment Advisors on client relationship building
• Assist in processing and confirming client transactions
• Prepare and manage client account documentation
• Coordinate with custodians and head office efficiently
• Execute follow-ups with clients effectively

• CIRO Licensed as an Investment Representative required
• Minimum 5 years industry-related experience
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
