Recruiting an experienced Associate to join our Calgary office. In this role, you will help grow our business by assisting Investment Advisors while ensuring high-quality client satisfaction. This position requires expertise in financial services, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach toward client needs.

• Prepare and present client reports and investment proposals
• Manage transaction executions on behalf of Advisors
• Analyze data to maintain financial models
• Deliver gold standard client service throughout all communications
• Adhere to compliance requirements for accounts and documentation

• Minimum of 3 years in the financial services sector
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Robust attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of compliance regulations in the industry
• Undergraduate degree in Business/Economics preferred
