• Lead tax due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements
• Analyze tax implications for acquisitions and reorganizations
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development
• Contribute to business development in private equity

• CPA designation or LLB required
• Master of Taxation or CPA Canada In-depth Tax program
• Minimum six years in professional services, focused on Tax
• Experience in M&A transactions
