This role requires expertise in financial planning, reporting, and strong business acumen. You will collaborate with senior management, enhance financial practices, and communicate with stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic financial plans and refine asset allocation

• Create 3-year projections and scenario analyses

• Establish financial dashboards and year-end reports

• Analyze project profitability and support business case preparations

• Mentor accounting and leadership team members

Requirements:

• 10-12 years in progressive finance roles

• Previously held CFO or VP finance role in oil and gas

• Experience in start-up financial challenges

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder presentations

• Understanding of regulatory and tax compliance issues
