In this role, you will provide independent valuations and strategic advice related to business disputes, mergers, and acquisitions. You will engage with client management and legal teams, developing high-quality deliverables while mentoring junior associates. Your insights will guide clients through their critical valuation processes, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on merger and acquisition strategies

• Prepare detailed business and intellectual property valuations

• Support IPO services, including investment broker selections

• Conduct research on valuation trends and multiples

• Lead project coordination and logistics for client engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in business, specializing in accounting or finance

• CPA designation required

• 3-4 years of experience in professional services

• Experience in financial analysis and valuations

• Flexibility for necessary travel
