Senior Manager, Commercial Risk at ATB

In this pivotal role, you'll oversee specialized loans and collaborate with various internal and external partners, including Underwriting and Credit. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial status and business plans of borrowers

• Develop credit restructuring plans to minimize losses

• Underwrite submissions in line with lending policies

• Negotiate loan amendments and forbearance terms

• Monitor portfolio health and customer service expectations

Requirements:

• Degree in business; 3+ years in commercial lending

• Experience with small to medium-sized business loans

• Strong credit structuring and financial analysis skills

• Familiarity with collection procedures and security documents

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
