IAWIS Project Transition Lead

Drive the Transitions Project for Richardson Wealth as an iAWIS Transition Lead. You’ll orchestrate strategy execution and support advisors through the transition process.

In this 1-year contract role, you will oversee full project execution while engaging with cross-functional stakeholders like Compliance and Sales Communications. Your leadership will ensure efficient workflows, timely approvals, and positive advisor experiences throughout transitions. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end execution of the transition project

• Act as primary contact for advisor support

• Facilitate approvals and adherence to timelines

• Monitor inbox for advisor inquiries and engagements

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance or wealth operations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Passion for the financial services industry

• Strong proficiency in French is advantageous

• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
