As a Manager in the Recovery & Restructuring division at MNP, you will advise on critical financial issues and provide structured solutions. With a focus on corporate insolvency, your role includes mentoring staff while maintaining effective stakeholder relationships. Leverage your experience to support clients navigating financial distress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee formal and informal restructuring executions
• Counsel on bankruptcies and liquidation processes
• Foster relationships within the insolvency and finance sectors
• Plan engagements and manage project financial aspects
• Lead team development and performance initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree; CIRP certification required
• Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) in progress preferred
• 5+ years in corporate insolvency roles
• Deep understanding of insolvency legislation
• Proven skills in relationship building and leadership
