Director of Finance at HWN Energy

Reporting to the President & CEO and CFO, you will be integral to HWN’s financial operations. With over 5 years of energy sector investment banking experience, you will oversee financial modeling, lead transaction processes, and support Board preparations.

This role offers a unique chance to collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives that have a material impact on the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance corporate financial models

• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions and divestitures

• Prepare monthly Board reporting packages

• Partner on A&D transaction processes and validation

• Manage the commodity hedge program and relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• 5+ years experience in investment banking/or corporate finance

• Demonstrated ability in Excel financial modeling

• Excellent presentation skills for boards and stakeholders

• High degree of integrity and professionalism
