Position: Hybrid Senior Manager at ATB Financial
Join ATB as a Senior Manager in Commercial Risk Advisory. This hybrid position emphasizes financial recovery and risk minimization while working closely with various partners across the organization.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of distressed accounts, focusing on creating turnaround plans or exit strategies. You'll collaborate with Underwriting and Credit teams to ensure strong client relationships and effective oversight of financial risks. This position offers both autonomy and opportunities for advanced learning in special loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess borrowers' financial difficulties and develop strategies

• Execute credit restructuring or exit strategies

• Underwrite and review credit submissions for compliance

• Structure loan amendments and negotiate terms

• Monitor and manage portfolio health and customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial lending experience

• Degree in business; MBA or equivalent preferred

• Expertise in credit structuring, underwriting, and analysis

• Knowledge of collection procedures and insolvency laws

• Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities
