Director of Finance Heritage Park

Lead Heritage Park's finance team as the Director of Finance and Controller on a temporary one-year contract. Drive financial strategy, reporting, and cash management to ensure operational continuity.

This temporary position requires a seasoned finance leader reporting to the CFO. You will oversee critical financial functions, enhance organizational financial health, and provide strategic insights to guide decision-making. The successful candidate will ensure accuracy in financial reporting and foster a collaborative environment within the finance management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct cash management and budgeting processes

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Lead financial reporting and external audit management

• Develop and execute strategic financial initiatives

• Support the finance team through mentorship and guidance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field

• CPA or equivalent designation required

• Minimum 10 years of progressive finance experience

• At least 5 years in a leadership role

• Strong analytical and communication skills
