We are looking for a qualified Senior Manager to join our Transaction Tax Services team. You will oversee buy-side and sell-side due diligence, ensuring efficient tax structuring and compliance throughout transactions.

Your role will also include mentoring team members and managing effective client relationships in a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex tax due diligence engagements and client assessments

• Analyze tax implications to create strategic tax structures

• Work with partners on private equity fund designs

• Prepare comprehensive reports outlining tax analyses for clients

• Mentor junior staff, enhancing their capabilities through training

Requirements:

• CPA designation or LLB required;
Master of Taxation preferred

• At least 6 years of industry experience in Tax

• Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills

• Experience handling M&A transactions and client expectations

• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
