Join ATB Business as a Diversified Underwriter for an 18-month term role in Alberta. Your expertise will shape credit solutions for commercial borrowers while collaborating with key teams.

With 3 to 5 years of experience in underwriting, you will assess credit risks and recommend financial services. This role, while primarily non-customer-facing, demands strong analytical skills and communication, working with Relationship Managers and the Central Underwriting Team to ensure robust credit decisions and adherence to ATB's lending policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structure and prepare credit assessments collaboratively

• Analyze financial data to guide credit recommendations

• Conduct financial modeling and sensitivity assessments

• Implement industry benchmarks and assessments

• Provide valuation and security analysis

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience with commercial business loans

• Business or economics degree required

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Solid communication and leadership skills

• Familiarity with margining protocols and covenants
