Finance Director Multi-Entity Organization

Lead financial operations as Director of Finance in a growing multi-entity organization. Oversee accounting, budgeting, and reporting efforts to drive operational success and strategic growth.

This leadership role reports to the Chief Operating Officer, managing the Financial Services and Accounting functions. You will guide a team, ensuring timely financial reporting and maintaining compliance with regulations. Your expertise will support acquisitions, integration, and operational oversight across various entities to optimize financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting and financial reporting across multiple entities

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements

• Direct annual budgeting and forecasting activities

• Oversee external audit processes and compliance

• Develop financial models for resource allocation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 10 years of finance and accounting experience

• Proven leadership in multi-entity organizations

• Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions
