Trade Support Analyst

Position: Trade Support Analyst at RBC
Join RBC as a Trade Support Analyst to provide first-line oversight to Commodities trading desks. This role manages daily processing, trade validation, and reconciliation across multiple markets and time zones.

In this full-time position, you'll need strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure effective trade processing of derivatives and physical trades. Responsibilities include monitoring trade discrepancies, ensuring compliance with reporting regulations, and supporting technology tools development. You'll collaborate with various teams to address risks quickly and efficiently, ensuring a smooth operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform trade validation and reconciliation for commodities

• Ensure timely Intraday and EOD processing

• Collaborate with Futures/Clearing teams on trade breaks

• Manage reporting for client MTM statements

• Identify opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in finance or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High level of accuracy in trade processing

• Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

• Knowledge of trading practices and derivatives
