HR & Benefits Advisor

In this office-based, 6-month contract role, you will respond to retiree inquiries about their benefits, manage employee files, and ensure accurate completion of transactions in Workday. Your advisory skills will be critical for guiding members about their plans and addressing escalations as needed. You will also perform regular audits to maintain operational integrity within retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries from Suncor retirees and beneficiaries

• Case-manage employee files related to retirement and death

• Advise members on plan impacts and actions

• Accurately complete transactions in Workday

• Manage audits to ensure compliance with retirement plans

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of relevant experience

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Capability to handle challenging conversations
