The Manager role within the Recovery & Restructuring team of MNP involves advising on complex insolvency cases and managing restructuring processes. You will utilize your corporate insolvency experience and leadership skills to mentor your team while engaging with clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct formal restructurings and insolvency processes

• Provide strategic advice on financial distress management

• Build relationships across the finance and insolvency sectors

• Manage project schedules and financial oversight

• Coach and develop team members through ongoing feedback

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related area

• Progress toward CIRP and LIT designations

• 5+ years experience in corporate insolvency

• In-depth knowledge of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act

• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
