As a Senior Associate, your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive valuations and overseeing all stages of the valuation process. You will interact with various stakeholders, lead project teams, and ensure top-notch deliverables.

Your role will require strategic insight, financial modeling, and effective communication to drive client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct valuation analysis for mergers and acquisitions

• Prepare financial models and cash flow projections

• Provide strategic IPO services and issue pricing guidance

• Develop deliverables like reports and engagement presentations

• Mentor junior staff and lead client engagements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business with a focus on accounting/finance

• CPA designation is mandatory

• 3-4 years in financial analysis and valuations

• Pursuing a CBV designation is preferred

• Willingness to travel as necessary
