Finance Manager at Phytokana

As a Finance Manager, you will lead and enhance Phytokana’s finance function during critical construction and ERP implementation phases. Your primary responsibilities will include financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and managing core accounting functions, all while collaborating with senior leadership and project management teams. This role is pivotal in establishing scalable financial systems and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

• Prepare budget-to-actual analysis and variance reports

• Assist in ERP implementation for improved financial reporting

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 5–10 years of relevant finance experience

• Experience in food processing or agriculture sectors

• Strong skills in financial modeling and analysis

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
