As the Director of Finance reporting directly to the President & CEO and CFO, you will oversee financial planning, analysis, and enhance HWN’s corporate financial model. Key responsibilities include leading A&D transaction processes and presenting complex financial data to stakeholders. This position offers visibility and impact on strategic initiatives and capital markets projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and enhance the corporate financial model

• Lead financial modeling for acquisitions and divestitures

• Prepare monthly Board of Directors reporting packages

• Support full-cycle transaction processes with the A&D team

• Manage relationships with investment banks and industry counterparts

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance, MBA or CFA preferred

• 5+ years of investment banking/private equity experience

• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

• Understanding of oil & gas valuation methodologies

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
