Position: Director of Finance Leadership Role
Lead the financial strategy at your divisional level as the Director of Finance, reporting to the Vice President of Finance. Ensure accurate financial statements and enhance internal controls to foster business growth.

This senior finance role requires overseeing financial accounting across business divisions. The successful candidate will ensure timely financial reporting, uphold internal control standards, and contribute to strategic financial planning. Collaborating closely with the finance team and senior management is essential to safeguard financial integrity and foster the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accurate financial statement preparation monthly, quarterly, and annually

• Oversee accounting functions and month-end close process

• Develop internal controls and accounting policies for compliance

• Collaborate with finance to prepare and monitor budgets

• Perform financial analysis to identify trends and risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CMA preferred

• Minimum of 7 years in financial management

• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance

• Proficient in ERP systems and Excel

• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
