In this position, you will assess the accuracy of daily transactions and work on optimizing existing processes. Your responsibilities will include maintaining system records and ensuring compliance with customer service standards. Utilizing your analytical mindset, you will address discrepancies and promote continuous learning and improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit transactions for risk assessment
• Review and report transaction errors
• Recommend improvements to reduce risk
• Keep updated on relevant policies and regulations
• Collaborate in team objectives and projects
Requirements:
• Required High School Diploma
• 1-3 years of financial industry experience
• Understanding of AML regulations is required
• Medium-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
