Position: Financial Analyst for IAMGOLD
Become an integral part of IAMGOLD as a Financial Analyst specializing in FP&A. This 18-month contract role engages in month-end closure and variance analysis, all while supporting a pioneering mining company.

In this position based in our Lively office, you will assist the Finance team by ensuring accurate month-end closures and preparing monthly and quarterly analyses. You will collaborate closely with multiple departments to align with IAMGOLD's policies and values, enhancing operational efficiency. This is your chance to work at Côté Gold, contributing to budget preparations and audits across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly ledger close and reconciliation processes

• Enhance the monthly cost accrual workflow

• Investigate variances with operational departments

• Assist in creating comprehensive cost reporting

• Liaison with internal and external auditors for compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3+ years of finance experience, mining experience preferred

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Oracle ERP

• Strong oral and written English communication

• Knowledge of fixed asset management in large ERP systems
