Position: Heritage Park Finance Director Role

This full-time position is set for one year, reporting to the CFO and designed to uphold the financial health of Heritage Park. You will oversee cash management, financial reporting, and compliance, while mentoring your finance team towards achieving excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop financial strategies in line with organizational goals

• Manage rolling forecasts and annual budgeting processes

• Oversee cash management and liquidity monitoring

• Ensure timely delivery of financial reports

• Implement strong internal control systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field required

• CPA qualification essential

• Minimum 10 years of finance experience required

• 5+ years in a leadership role preferred
