Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exemplary service to Members through phone support

• Process consumer lending transaction requests efficiently

• Gather relevant loan documents for processing

• Advise Members on loan decisions and requirements

• Advocate for Members and elevate complex calls as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Less than 1 year of relevant experience

• Understanding of consumer lending products preferred

• Ability to ask clarifying questions and summarize transactions

• Excellent communication skills for effective service
