Position: Lead SAP FICO Consultant S/4HANA
Drive finance transformation at a leading firm as a SAP FICO Consultant specializing in S/4

HANA. Optimize finance modules and lead complex finance projects in a newly upgraded environment.

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 8 years of SAP Finance experience and at least 3 years in S/4

HANA. This role focuses on developing a comprehensive finance technology roadmap while improving operational excellence through business process reengineering and automation opportunities. Engage with internal teams and manage outsourced development for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead post-upgrade optimization for S/4

HANA Finance modules

• Coordinate complex finance projects with external teams

• Develop a 3-year finance technology roadmap

• Implement month-end close optimization techniques

• Provide Level 3 support for complex finance issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field

• 8+ years of SAP Finance experience

• 3+ years of hands-on S/4

HANA FICO

• Proven experience in finance transformation

• Preferred SAP S/4

HANA Finance certification
